My brother, like all of us we just have to keep at it, stay focused and push harder and harder, it takes time! Think about the percentage of people though who take care of their bodies and eat as well as we do, that's enough motivation right there to keep on progressing! You did well, now its the start of something newer and BIGGER

Nothing new - just a bigger, better version of my previous self

I swear that, since dieting down so low, either I can see myself growing easier or I am just plain growing easier. One way or the other, I'm making better progress than ever.

It's more easy to kill with a sword than with a gun.

A sword is more frightening than toy-looking gun like glock.

robbing with a sword is a good thing

Yo man remember when we were chatting, and I mentioned i'm having the craziest results? you prob don't EXACTLY per se, but when I went months straight of being strict and doing everything correct and right, it kept getting easier and easier mentally, physically and gains and size were just pouring on while melting fat. Its crazy what we can do with our bodies, I just had to keep switching it up, but man I know exactly where you are coming from and miss it, getting back into it heavily again.. Had to take a month off, and lost 15 lbs but some size

There may be an untapped source for bodybuilders here, but I certainly haven't found it.

As for the posing, well, that's a big part of what I've learned. Now, the lifting seems like the easy part. I've literally never had such pain in my shoulders as when I had to hold a front relaxed pose for over ten minutes.

I appreciate the advice though and I'll definitely let you know when I decide about my next competition. What's your contest record like?
I'm suprised to hear that a large midwestern city like that dosn't have a few good gyms with some BB's.

I was the junior overall ANBC Pittsburgh in 1998. One week before that I got my azz handed to me at a NPC Pro qualifier. We did the NPC show to get ready for the ANBC. I did a lot of powerlifting too (USAPL junior world record).

We had a lot of guys to learn from in Ohio. Now I'm in DC and can't find anyone to train with.

Cycling your weight like that will definitely make you bigger faster. Now that you're eating again, your body is anabolic. Blow up for a month or so and then get your diet back and cut down again.
