Leave me alone I'm starving! lol. I know I've got to be more strict in my eating, but things are still going well.

I'm glad the burrito and vitamins offset your drunkenness, you peer-pressure-giving-in-biatch!

Thank you much and I don't really do anything to specifically hit that. The shape of one's chest is pretty much predetermined - you can only make it bigger or smaller. I've always wanted to have that line between my pecs that ran straight up to my neck but I've been stuck with this. Just try to do a lot of incline movements to develop your upper chest and see how it turns out

My diet has been sub-par today because a few things that should have been simple turned out to be big pains. This resulted in a great workout though. I plowed through shoulders/tris/back very quickly and a heavier than usual because I skipped chest today (did it Sunday). I'm finishing a protein shake right now (my third of the day, unfortunately) and I've got chicken, rice, and pineapple coming up in about 30 minutes.

Time to finish my homework for my night class though.

Thanks! You were dieting for a competition recently, right?

Should I be taking that stuff this far out? I thought that was for the last two weeks or so?

Yea, I think it would best to save that for the last couple weeks. No need to start taking it this far out

I was dieting for contra costa show but due to the injury i had to stop.
I am back now and it will take a while to get in to the competition shape.
I can vary 10 to 15 lbs up or down i 3 weeks.

CroBmw - first of all, yes, it is very expensive! Second, I checked out Vyotech's website; are you talking about the Absolution Plus with Aminophylline or the Body Sculpture Toning Lotion? For whichever product you've used, do you really think it's worth the money?

What injury, btw? I'm trying to be very careful as both my knees and my left shoulder/elbow are temperamental.

Last two questions - 1) do you shave or do you use something like Nair? 2) What's your routine for tanning?

It's ab solution plus with aminop. It is worth the money, you have to apply in the morning and at night. We at max muscle sell it for $45. to save money get it here http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/vyo/abplus.html

I have back injury. I fought K1 and had couple of fights in pride and f.. up my back pretty bad. since i like to compete all the time i decided to try to get on the stage as amateur and see how that goes t's hard for me since i am 6'3. Usually tall guys can't go too far in BB

I use hair no more http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/hair/creme.html
But as nair it doesn't take all hair off so i have to shave too. To tell you the truth i use my wife’s shaving thingies it works nice and smooth hehe

I tan at least 2 to 3 times a week just to keep the color. I am usually white as white cheese
But before competition or vacation i will do the spray tan, it's easy and it lasts up to 10 days (depends which tan u use)

Thanks a million! I appreciate all the advice and I hope you don't mind, but I'll probably be asking you several more questions in the coming months.

Thanks!

Man, if you knew how many times I've said, "I just need to get to ___lbs and then I'll be happy" then reached that goal and set it five pounds heavier...

I did about 450cals worth of cardio this morning after breakfast. I also did abs prior to the cardio, but, after doing an extra ab/cardio workout Monday night, I didn't feel like I was ready to fully hit them again so I took it that part easy and focused more on the obliques. Diet's still been good lately; keeping the protein high and the carbs relatively low. My midsection has definitely gotten tighter since those pictures on page 1 were taken. My legs and chest are gaining definition, too. I suppose this added definition is mostly a result of lowering my sodium intake and not so much from fat loss. I'll take more pictures next week.

Lookin' good, man, but could you explain to me how you've got a Ruf car but you take pictures that look like they're 30 years old?

Lifting went alright yesterday (chest/shoulders/tris/back). I put up good numbers - did two sets of 110x8 on incline dumbbell bench and some nice 225lb barbell rows - but I just felt like I was missing drive. Diet was decent yesterday but not as tight as it should be. I took in too much sodium. I've got some eggs cooking right now and I'm going to hit legs in about an hour.
