Oh trust me, I know. I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks so. bb.com is full of bs threads/articles along with idiot teens looking for the next miracle supplement. Only every once in awhile do i find a decent post. I don't post there, I just browse there from time to time to get a good laugh when order some supplements from bb.com.

No way. The forums at bodybuilding.com are the best anywhere. Where else could you learn about the steroidal effects of creatine and that the only way to get big is the 5x5 program? Oh yeah, and Arnold didn't take steroids. Neither does Ronnie or Jay.

Did some cardio today. About 500cals worth. Did abs, too. Nothing special to report.

bb.com is crap. If you ask a real question nobody answers, yet there are 30 pages on what protein bar tastes the best.

Though, the 5x5 program does work. Last time I did it for 6 weeks I saw some major gains strength wise, especially with squats. I gained about 3lbs too. That being said, I get bored with it after about the 6 week mark switch things up.

I don't doubt that 5x5 works for some people, but there was a time over there where doing anything but 5x5 was grounds for tar & feathering. That's what I was joking about.

Workout went well today. Did dumbbell bench (110s x 8 last set), lateral raises, straight bar push-downs, lat pull-downs, cable rows, pull-ups, and dips.

Diet has been good. I hate this three-hour class I'm in because it messes up my eating schedule. Right now, I'm snacking on beef jerky... high in sodium but better than fasting and better than a protein shake. Luckily, this class will be over when I'm 4 weeks out. For now, I just have to keep my diet going well through my midterm Tuesday.

Me knees were in rare form today (feeling good) so I did some wonderful sets of squats, working up to 315lbs and varying my stance. I actually skipped hamstrings to give extra energy to my quads since this is the first pain-free leg workout I've had in a good while. Biceps went very well and I'm really starting to notice a difference in how lean I look.

Diet rocked today. My buddy came into town on business and took me to lunch. I had some great lamb and then he picked up the tab after deciding I'm a "potential client"

Good day all around.

Gym only goes up to 110s We're trying to convince the equip. manager to order 120s and 130s

And is that an actual 15 sets or you did 5 sets, called it 15, and then said you do it all the time (like your McDonalds "everyday" diet)?

thats nothing. I can take u no problem.

Dwass I'm still shocked on how u lost that belly. 1st time u posted pics it made me feel good. Cause i kinda had same belly as u. Last set of pics I didnt like that much : ). U left me all alone with my belly but I took it as a good way to motivate myself to eat even more. LoL. if u lost it then I can too (probably) So im not warring at all about the belly now. Im trying to keep it stable at 167-170 right now. After summer I will bulk up 20-25 more pounds and then will go on cutting. Hopefully it will workout for me as well.
