Question Rear Windows

I have a Coupe, and I dislike how the rear windows do not auto close. (you have to hold them down for them to shut) Am I alone in this? There must be some simple fix which will sllow this feature.

Worst case scenario, I guess I can buy two switches for the front windows and wire them for the back. Anyone done this before?
Can somebody provide me with part numbers? This SHOULD work right?

Thanks

I remember hearing about someone who wanted to do this before, but never heard about the outcome.

Simple electronics dictates that when you pull/push the switch to the first "click", it closes a circuit that (probably with the help of a relay) powers the window motor to open or close. "Auto close" is achieved with the second "click", another circuit is closed, and a computer controls the closure of the window. Therefore, it is probably not as simple as switching out the window switches, unless the computer is already there and has the function built-in. Euro coupes have auto-close rears, right? You may have to swap out the window control module for a euro version of it. Your best bet is to check a Bentley manual (I unfortunately don't have one, or I'd check it myself), and see what the wiring diagrams for the windows look like. My guess is that the computer will be different from the euro computer (like it is for the folding M3 mirrors), and you'll have to swap that out to get the function.
