Talking Just placed a deposit on a 03 E46 330i.....

Steel Grey
Sport Package
Premium Package
Rain Senor with Auto Headlamps
DSCIII
SSG (If is option for the 03, otherwise will be manual)

Car will arrive hopefully late Oct. September production. This might change if I can't get a decent amount from selling my car. But my deposit is refundable.

I have no spec on the 03, the spec won't be release till June or July. But they are taking deposit. Once they have more details, my dealer is gonna call me and tell me when my car gonna be in production, and I can decide will I take the car or my money back. Should be the same, might added some standard features, or new packages. Hope, SSG and M Tech is an option for Sedan for the 03.

Meaning that you won't be able to get any discount too right? I don't know man... i don't really believe in buying cars at MSRP.

I'm going to get a 330i soon too. So tell me, should I wait for 2003 or not? THere's a face change from the 01's to 02's and if there's no more exterior changes then I don't think there'll be any change that might interest me since I only want the Sports package.

Eric, I sent you an email regarding the front. In terms of the part out, it won't happen right now, will more likely in late Aug or Sept. Most of the stuffs on the car can be reuse on the new one, so not really much things I will be part out.

Get it by all means. It's cheap insurance. My friend could have avoided a $3000+ accident if he had DSC. I'm sure you know enough about cars to know that DSC does not defy the laws of physics, but the fact is when we drive on the street we're not always as alert as we can be. Enjoy the little extra protection on the streets and turn it off when you are pushing it at 10/10 while autocrossing or tracking.
