fuse for headlight

hi
does anyone know what fuse number it is for the headlights (2001 e46) i notice that i have to upgrade this fuse if i have fitted xenons the trouble is it doesnt say which fuse this is on the card thats in the fuse box

you don't really have to update the fuse. but i'm guessing it's fuse 32, since that's what you're supposed to take out to get rid of the headlight warning for 99-01 cars.

That's actually only the fuse for the headlight out warning system. I don't know the number off of the top of my head but check the fuse box as there is a guide that details what fuse is tied to which system.

it doesnt say on the guide hence asking! theres nothing to say for headlights/front beam etc

It will actually be under the Light Control Module...disable that fuse and you will disable the headlights...and a whole host of other systems.

do you know the fuse number itself as for the light module it says number 9 &32 i need the fuse for the headlights (i was told to upgrade the fuse by an hid xenon company)
