anyone do DIY spring installation??

I was wondering how hard it would be for me to put my springs on myself if Ive never done anything like that before & had the E46 tutorial , it looks pretty straight forward but you never know.

It's not difficult...

I didn't my cupkit install this past weekend...(basically the same steps as a spring install).

Just make sure you have the proper tools and someone to help you.

but i thought for regular springs, you would need to compress the springs, thats the hard part

You compress springs every time...

you change anything with the suspension components. You have to compress the rear springs to get them out and you have to compress the front springs to take apart the front strut assembly.
