As for me, there's no way in hell I'm posting pictures until it gets cold. I am at 13-14% right now. Trying to get back in the swing of things after graduation and starting a new job. On the bright side, being at a desk from 8:30 to 5:00 allows me almost unlimited flexibility to eat however I desire.

Oh, and I am giving some consideration to competing again at the end of October...
So far I haven't been that lethargic. About about a month back I got a bit sluggish, but it only lasted for a week. As soon as it hit me that week, I readjusted my diet a little to just include a bit more carbs with me pre and post workout meals. I felt better after that, and so far I haven't gotten lethargic since them (knock on wood).

Well, if you're sitting around 13-14% right now, you've got more than enough time to get in shape for the competition in October. Hows your workout scheduled now since starting the new job; are you getting your workouts done before or after work?

Gotta work hard, if you keep telling yourself you can't do it, then you definitely won't. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my size for now. The cut went well, but as I mentioned earlier, an injury set me back a bit, plus the added long distance runs in helping my buddy out killed my legs. So I still see a lot of room for improvement. I'm never happy, theres always room for improvement

Damn I gotta say that looks awesome. That's basically my goal. You look really athletic yet you still have some size.

Btw is it really that unhealthy to lets says stay like that year round?

Unless nature gave you genetics which (all but) keep you that lean, I say no.

robbing with a sword is a good thing

I'm not that crazy lean, if I were to guess, I'd be somewhere in the 7-9% range right now. For me to be any lower than that, I'd most likely have a lot more striations and vascularity

Either way that's pretty lean for me. I mean I'd love to look like that year round but with my work schedule it's soooo hard.
Two quick questions. Everybody is talking about lean meat, wtf is lean meat? lol. As in what type? (ground, sirlion etc.)

Also, how much fat are you consuming in a day?

Thanks!!!
