BMW keys for sale: remote key, valet, and wallet key

The main remote key is essentially brand new (it was a spare, which was used like once or twice, at most). My car is totaled -- make an offer for one or all 3!

Fair point but I wonder what it costs to get these to be reprogrammed to match your car...

The main remote would be an extra door opener (easy to DIY) but that is about it. Me not know???

these are useless...you have to insert the key into the ignition and cycle through the on/off position as part of the programming. Obviously, these won't work in anyone elses ignition

Good point, however, wouldn't the buyer be able to have the keys recut?

No way...That's like asking if you can un-crack an egg...IF someone is mis-informed enough to actually purchase this set of keys after reading this thread, then they have no concern for money...Maybe someone with enough of it will come along and buy these out of sheer pity for the seller...other than that, these are gonna get stale on the forum like last weeks milk.

You could buy it and leave it laying around with your other working keys to confuse theives... or leave it in your doorlock and watch them try to get in your car. I'd pay a dollar to watch that. Lol.

It's not useless, you could program it as a 2nd remote. You only need your main key to stick it in the ignition, then you can program this as the 2nd remote right after programming your main key. The 2nd key/remote does not need to be placed in the ignition, try it sometime.

I will take the main remote spare for the cost of shipping, let me know.
