DTM mirrors on

I ordered a pair of DTM mirrors (shrek ears) and mounting plates from the UK. I had to do a lot of work to mold the mirrors to the plates but finally finished them up.
Visibility is pretty good and they are really tucked in nicely. Huge weight difference between the stock and these, however I loose the power adjustment feature.
Complements and insults welcome

here is what they look like if you don't mold them into the plates

Interesting look. Did the visibility decrease? And did you do it to save weight? I can't imagine it'd be noticeable.

Thanks austine46, I know the look isn't everyones cup of tea but it is fun to mix things up sometimes.
Yes spacers would be a nice upgrade.
I should pick up some 15mm all around.

Not sure what your wheel specs are but i have 20mm rear and 12mm right now upfront, 15mm will be here on monday, id recommend those sizes. And agreed on mixing things up
