01-06 M3 K&N cold air intake

I recently purchased a carbon fiber intake so the K&N must go. This intake is only 3 weeks old and less than 50 miles. Therefore, the unit is in excellent condition. K&N claims 10-12Hp increase. Deep growl @ WOT. I am only asking $150.00 shipped. Pictures were taken today.

Can't wait for the intake!

By the way, is this an easy install?

That is very good to know - looking forward to getting it on. How has your experience been with it? I've heard a lot of positives, but a few negatives as well - any issues with the MAF since putting it on? Do you feel a little more pull? Sound better? Very interested as most of my mods to this point have been cosmetic (besides new wheels & tires) and I'm ready to get into performance now.

Car def. has better throttle response. Feels like car is breathing more
For HP i can't really say it may add 5 or more HP but i doubt you will feel it.
For the sound, it sounds great at Woot
I am very satisfied with mine.

Did anyone take the added step of pulling out the OEM MAF screen out from the stock air box and install it with your CAI? I just got the instructions from Eurogun (excellent seller by the way) on doing this and it seems very simple and and added bonus to the CAI. Let me know - Thanks.
