Exclamation Angel eyes- Wiring to parking lights problem

Hello everyone, i'm new to this site. I just finished installing my HID Projector headlights and some UHP L.E.D Halos. The HIDS WORK great, but the halos are troubling me. Wiring the passenger side trigger wire gave me the fade in fade out effect and works fine aswell. When i finished wiring the driver side trigger wire to the parking lights and turned them on, a ringing sound that scared the crap out of me came from the right side of the engine bay( could be the relay, fuse, idk). While this happens, the halos turn on but are very dim and start flashing super fast. What could be the problem? Thanks in advance
