Waxy Maize Starch.....???? What is it
Ive done some searches and all of the info I got is a lil confusing. So what exactly is it and how do you incorporate it into your training. I currently use cell-mass and how would it affect that ??

Two of the people I wanted to respond did...!!! Its what I thought it was but just curious on how in interacts with a creatine product post-workout !! (cell-mass for myself)

Shouldn't make any difference. You should get your benefit from the WMS and the benefit from the creatine. They won't have any synergistic or adverse effects on each other.

Waxy Maize is amazing shlt.. I take pre workout 1 scoop of True Protein's Waxy maize with Aminogen (With my BCAA's, Taurine, CEE) amazing pre stack, then after I drink 1 and a half scoops with half scoop of Pro Complex protein, wait 10 minutes then my other 1 1/2 scoops of Pro Complex, CEE, BCAA's!
