Waxy Maize Starch.....???? What is it

Ive done some searches and all of the info I got is a lil confusing. So what exactly is it and how do you incorporate it into your training. I currently use cell-mass and how would it affect that ??

Thanks for the help,
Joe

WMS is like the malto/dex people supplement PWO. Its a fast acting simple carb that absorbs very quickly and fills muscle glycogen and shuttles other nutrients into the muscles. You can take some pre-WO for more of a pump, and/or take it PWO with whey and spike the insulin, surpress cortisol, fill glycogen etc...

Shouldn't make any difference. You should get your benefit from the WMS and the benefit from the creatine. They won't have any synergistic or adverse effects on each other.
