in order IMO:

1. protein
2. carbs
3. fats
4. rest
4. creatine
5. BCAA's
6. Glutamine

Basically, you just need to eat your ass off. DOMS (soreness) is because you arent getting enough protein. So if you know you havent lifted something in awhile, you need to make sure you really try hard to get the protein in all day to recover..

i think protein will help you rebuild your muscles faster

but if you work out and rip your muscles to shreds, their is absolutely no way they aren't going to hurt tomorrow or for the next day or two....

I went to a concert Friday night with sore hamstrings and was in a mosh pit for 90 minutes. I literally woke up Saturday morning and felt like I was hungover.

It's more easy to kill with a sword than with a gun.

A sword is more frightening than toy-looking gun like glock.

robbing with a sword is a good thing

People still do mosh pits? I thought those went out of style with flannel and cutting yourself?

I was just messing around... but seriously, I haven't been in a mosh pit since the late 90's. They are great times though. I once fractured a rib but didn't realize it until the next day cause the adrenaline (and possibly the vast quantities of pot I smoked) was pumping.

The band we were seeing is a bunch of local guys so the energy is always amazing. And they're total goofballs, too - Van Halen style guitars, back flips off amps, etc.

It was funny... I was standing there with my buddy before any of the bands had started. I was wearing a tight black t-shirt and this kid turns to me and goes, "So... you gonna fvckin' kill some people tonight?" I started laughing my ass off.
