LOL! Man, I've been traveling alot, etc. I've slacked off hitting the weights (...at least heavy) to focus on my training. I'm teaching Capoeira now, so that's a bunch of work within itself. I have been maintaining by doing full body workouts every other day.

Well, it seems as though you've been maintaining just fine from the pic you posted. Whats your full body w/o look like now?

Might as well link a pic of myself as well. I posted a pic here about a month ago in this thread...

You should take a look at Dave's comp thread as well

I'm 5'10 bro, and I weigh about 180 lbs. I hold majority of the weight in my legs though. It's all of that damn kicking.

Sick pic bimmerchop. Your abs and obliques look really good in that pic. Madd props!

Can you link me to Dave's comp thread?

As for my full body workout, I basically alternate between a few exercises per body part, and because of the joint stress from strenuous Capoeira training, I no longer lift heavy anymore. I've also learned a new method of performing a rep that is proving to be effective. In any case, I generally break down my workouts using these exercises (..along with a few Capoeira specific movements to build shoulders and back strength):

Chest: Incline bench (...on the Smith machine), dips and flyes
Back: Pull ups, seated rows, bent over rows, etc.
Tris/Bis: Dips, skullcrushers, bicep curls (...free weight; alternating w/ cables)
Shoulders: Shoulder press (..machine), lateral raises/front delt raises, reverse flyes, etc.
Legs: ....sadly, I haven't worked legs in probably 5 months. The reason being is because I was heavy into squats, lunges, etc., but the way that those exercises put muscle on me really affected the speed of my kicks. Plus my hips became a bit more tight because of the added muscle. Once I laid off of the squats and stuff, I focused on a multitude of kicking exercises to build my fast twitch. 5 months later...........and I'm kicking faster and stronger than I ever have in the past. About the only weight related exercise that I do is leg extensions. Luckily for me, my genetics aren't bad, so my legs haven't suffered in terms of muscularity.

Oh, and I also jump rope alot more, perform box jumps and box marches, and........gasp!.............work the stairclimber (...which I REALLY hate. )

thanks meng. lately tho, i've been dieting my ass off. actually cut a few pounds just to get my abs to come in. i'm back on my ab routine too....fawcking abs in the morning and during my workout...its not too bad once you get used to it. my chest is probably my weakest body part, but i guess i got good genes for it.
