BCAA's anyone?

Does anyone take or have they taken branch chain amino acids (BCAA) ? I've been reading some good things and have been thinking about trying it for a few weeks. Any opinions?

BCAA's are great. The most important part is the L-Leucine for anabolism. Ive read a lot on these as well.

All I know is that bulk BCAA's tastes horrid and I dont bother. I just figure a serving of ON whey includes 5g or so of the stuff. After many scoops a day, supplementing BCAAs dont really make much sense to me.
