Im 6'4" and 19 years old now. I was 240 at 30 something % bf when I started and cut all the way down to 180 and now Im sitting at 220 in the after pics (dont know the bodyfat% yet). Waist went from 42 to 33inches and biceps from 13s to 16.5 inches during these cuts and bulks..

I wish I had a pic of myself with my shirt off back then. you can only imagine what it looks like under there though. fat, estro man boobs...

Holy crap, Paul. I'd never seen an old picture of you to see just how far you'd come. Great work!

Very impressive. When you started out were you doing both cardio and lifting, or just cardio?

I was always lifting while doing cardio occasionally. your question should have been: were you doing both cardio and lifting, or just lifting... weight training is more important and if done with the right intensity, it can take the place of cardio you just need to get your heart rate up.

It was 90% diet though. I always worked out because I was a hockey player so I was always training. That before pic was taken at an "all you can eat" chinese buffet

Be careful at those all-you-can eat chinese buffets, even though they taste good, the food quality is usually very very low. My friend's cream puff had green mold on it...

Korean BBQ buffet is a better alternative, and you cook it yourself. Another bonus is that it's ALL about meat. You get different types of meat, bring it back to your table, and grill it on your table... yummm

EDIT: You made some amazing progress man! I think I'll post up my before/after pics when I'm done with my cut. Did you have loose skin after cutting down to 180? You look like you don't have any loose skin right now.

Thanks man. no loose skin really, just weird stretch marks on the inside of my biceps from the changes my arms took. also stretch marks on my love handles from the shrink...

I guess you can get stretch marks if you get bigger and get smaller?????
