Good Detox Diet

Hey Guys!

I've done pretty well at maintaining my figure, but I want to take it to the next level again. Does anyone have any good detox diets or food recommendations to cleanse your system and help boost your energy? Thanks!

Detox Diets are many times a fancy name for fasting, but a true detox diet really just focuses on fresh/raw foods.

Basic Detox ideas:
-Focus on raw fruits and vegetables
-Tons of fresh herbs - after a meal eat fresh basil, mint, parsely, cilantro
-Alkaline foods- Greens and sprouts of all sorts
-Tons of fiber- Corn, celery, whole grains, ruffage, etc.
-Lean meats- Chicken, lean pork, fish, lean beef (sirloin is leanest steak)
-Fruit Juices - Cranberry, Pomegranate
-Vinegar- Try salad with Chopped fresh tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers with a little white vinegar (salt and pepper also)
-No processed foods- especially cold cut meats
-Tons of water
-Tons of water
-Tons of water

What exactly are you trying to cleanse from your system?
