window regulator repair, rear

First, thx to tommiexboi (8-8-2003) and elbee (4-14-2006) for their DIY's on repairing window regulators. I'm half way through doing mine. Since mine is a rear window, I will comment on tommiexboi's DIY. Para 3: don't forget that there is a screw behind the window control switch (power window switch) that need be removed. Para's 8 and 11: the bar (which is the window regulator) is vertical and not horizontal. Again thanks both of you for the information which has most likely saved each person doing it $200 to $300.

I got mine at AutoZOne. It was a new unit and included the motor for around $100
