Question Stereo Equipment Specs - Help!!

Hi guys,
I want to do a custom install in my 1992 850i and I have been researching on high end components and need some clarification on specs. I am yet to purchase all the items with the exception of the HU which I have.

Head Unit
Alpine IVA D310

Interior speakers
5.25" MB Quart PVI 213

* Sensitivity: 87 dB
* RMS Power Range : 50 Watts
* Peak Power Handling: 110 Watts
* Frequency response: 52-32000 Hz
* Diameter: 5.25 Inch


6.25" MB Quart PVI 216

* Sensitivity: 87 dB
* RMS Power Range : 70 Watts
* Peak Power Handling: 140 Watts
* Frequency response: 38-32000 Hz
* Diameter: 6.5 Inch


Interior Amplifier
4 Channel MB Quart PAB 4100

* RMS@ 4 Ohms : 100 W x 4 ch

My question:

Which Subwoofer W3v3-? would my amplifier be able to work with?

Would the 4 channel amplifier be okay as well?

you can do 2 x 4ohm and run a 2 ohm load to the amp. Your amp would put out 400ish per sub which should be fine as long as its a clean signal. Or, you can do 2 x 2 ohm subs which would do 600wrms per sub @ 1ohm.

you can do either.
