Quick question for a knowledgeable individual out there.

The glass on the passenger side of my 2001 325ci broke this morning due to some stupidity on my part and the cold weather.

Anyway, I took a look in the DIY section of the forums and found a step-by-step guide on how to replace the glass. In fact it actually looks pretty simple. Pry out the broken piece, reattach the heating element wires to the new piece and pop new glass back in. The only thing is that the pictures look like they are from an older model.

I'm just wondering if the DIY steps are the same for the 2001 E46 as they are for the generation before it?

Yes, it's just a pop in. Nothing special.
