Serious PWNAGE on NSXPRIME

http://www.nsxprime.com/forums/showthread.php?t=98489

Summary:
Guy starts with a thread about how he made easy money and bought his NSX. NSXPrimers call him out on it saying he is just promoting his online gambling site. He denies it, but gets owned in the end! He deletes his original post before he is banned.

Spoiler:

They look up his info, find out he is a registered sex offender and post everything up for everyone to see.

Seriously? So basically you graduate from college, and go back to a HS, pick up on a freshman and bone them and you shouldn't be arrested????

Also, looks can be decieving, I know 15 year olds that look like 18+... as I'm sure most of you do through friends / family / client. I thought there is another term for teenagers who have sex with older people that are 15+

i didn't say it was okay... i just don't think you should be under the same category as someone who raped an 8 year old at knife point. i just think statutory rape is bullshit in general. if there are two willing parties, age should be irrelevant.

hahahaha. that's just funny. i just think it' a flawed system. really though... if you search through some of the offenses that registered sex offenders have committed. someone having consensual sex with someone 8 years their minor should not be categorized congruous to someone who is 45 who had "forced sexual relations with a child under the age of 12" or someone who had "assault and penetration with a foreign object with a child under the age of 5."

Dude, they haven't been given the same verdicts or sentences. Those who do harsher crimes get harsher punishments and vice versa, but ALL are required to register as a sex offender. In fact, the website lists the different crimes.

I really don't know what your beef with the system is. I think it's great they ALL have to register.

Seriously tell me you have no problem with your 15 y/o daughter screwing a 23 y/o guy, or that if he had to register as a sex offender you'd write a letter to the judge.

???????????? How can you be complaining. That's a serious crime in my book. 23 and 15 is a big enough difference. If you were talking 17/18, i could understand your point.

i can't answer that because i don't have a daughter and i am sure if i was in that situation my opinion would be seriously different. but logic tells me if there are two consenting people, and the girl says she wanted it, and that the guy did not force her or pressure her in any way, then i could not be mad at the guy. how could you? i just don't think it's necessary. a great majority of these situations are people are very unlikely to be repeat offenders, namely cases of statutory rape. it's like female teachers who have had sex with a student. they are required to register as well. i think it's ridiculous. i'm just saying, most of these situations are unique and it's not fair that these people be judged the way they are due to their registration on the site, you have to judge these cases uniquely. you don't know this guys situation. he could very well have been heavily influenced by the girl, or her have lied to him, and her even testified in court that she wanted it and pressured him. but the law doesn't care about those extenuating circumstances. it's simply based on the law relative to age. that is bullshit.

You are on your own on this one. If it's a matter of false conviction, then that is another story altogether. I mean, just because there are some ppl who have been falsely accused of murder and sent to jail, does that mean that our laws against murderers are wrong/bad? Absolutely not, and our laws requiring someone to register as a sex offender aren't either.

Do you know someone who is a registered sex offender or something? It just sounds like it i shitting a little close to home with you. Chances are, if you are registered as a sex offender, you're more likely to be a bad person than an innocent one that was duped by someone else.

i don't have any personal affiliations to anyone who has been subjected to this. nor am i a crazed sexaholic. in fact, i've only had sexual relations with one person who i have been exclusive with for 4 years. and i'm 22 years old and VERY conservative. these are just my logical conclusions.

I'd laugh in my friends faces if they boned a 15 year old. It's pathetic more than anything else.
