the lower the number, the darker the tint - it represents the amount of light that penetrates the tint.

I've got 20% all around and love it:

and here's another angle:

my friend put 30% on his A4 windshield, pretty tight, the sun doesn't glare as much, and people can't see you when you are driving towards them

Hey there..Nope, never any problems in GA Been in GA now for a year and nothing...I lived in MD before all my life and had 3 cars with 5% and never one problem. Been pulled over before with it and never any harrassment about the tint.

I'd say if you like it, then go for it. Forget about the cops!

Take care

can't tint the rear

Does anyone having the trouble to tint the rear? it seems the very top part of the rear window can't hold it tight.

I wouldn't go that far. But I would warn anyone that does get 5%, that it is not for everyone and requires gettig used to. As I said in my earlier post, I've now had 3 cars with 5% tint, and I'm used to it.
Don't know about the rain part, that isn't a problem. Only at night can it be bothersome, but again, only if your not used to it.

I'd recommend 20% sides and 35%/20% rear. I had 35% sides on one of my earlier cars and it doesn't do much. You can still see right in as if the tint wasn't there and it doesn't help block out the sun/heat that much. 20% is just right...not too dark and not too light. At night, its easy to be comfortable with and no problems.
But hey, thats only my opinion. Go for what you like!
