The engine will be fully reworked with new seals and gaskets

The doors are fully a deeply rusted on the lower part... i buyed 4 other ones with no rust or surface rust. I need to sand them and i decided to remove the plastic trims along each door... it's quite difficult and time consuming

The subframe will require a lot of work too...

Thanks for reading

I hope you welded the holes closed and didn't just bondo over them. Really like the interior

No i have no welder, i use fiberglass filler to fill the gap and then normal and fine filler to finish it.

Rust everywhere on many parts, mainly on the lower part of the body... need some sanding and new coating.

its quite time consuming and my compressor is quite weak and will blow out if I continue like this. I found a Hammerite product against rust its some kind of bath wich remove rust from pieces. I will give it a try

Removed the oil filter housing... no surprise it was leaking and need a new gasket.

You could do some electrolytic rust removal.

I'm restoring a couple of telescopes and I'm going to try this on one that sat outside for untold years.

Hello

Got some bad surprise this week-end... On the driver side the floor is badly eaten by rust.

All the floor and carpet are soak, should be a leak in the roof window. I will try to repair it, if i will get to much troubles the car will be sold for parts.

The passenger side is better

Let's have "fun"
