M3 exhaust

Would a m3 e46 exhaust system fit my 323i? I know the rear bumper would have to get changed but the undercarriage

well, it's money and time for zero performance benefit and the loss of your spare tire. not a great value proposition

If all you're after is the quad tips there are options available for that.
