Well guys, it looks as though I have joined the club. I have just agreed to buy a white 2004 325xit. It's currently living in Nevada; I fly in at the weekend and drive it back to Idaho. Nice color combo; white with saddle leather. I am interested in some quick mods to get it looking something like Challenger X's car. What are these wheels called and where can I get some for a decent price. Are there any other BMW OEM wheels that are out of favor on other BMW models that will fit and be available for a good price? Mine currently has the stock wheels. Also where do I buy the clear lenses for the front, side and back. Are the back ones a single unit or does the top amber part come separate?

I'd check here on the forums for clear lenses before anywere else- you'll often get a steal in the classifieds

Also, for lightweight OEM wheels I really love the M68s. They were offered with the 330i sport package, so they are common enough to be cheap, but they are very light and were never offered on any US tourings

Well, I finally got the new xit home last night; a 600 mile journey that the car just ate up. Here's a pic of when I crossed into Idaho!
It's an AW with Saddle leather interior, premium and cold weather packages and only 58K on the clock. It needs a few larger stone chips touching up but that's about it. Oh.....and it needs updated wheels, clear lights all round and a sports steering wheel for me to be fully happy with it.

Ive been driving a 07 X3 3.0si with the saddle interior...It is hot!

I am planning on a major color overhaul of my car...

Will my vinyl wrapping the exterior matte white this summer, and a full saddle brown dying of the interior this winter! (or cinnamon...can't decide)

It will be just in time for my 175k bday.

Thus I'm looking for different options and photos of finished projects for the interior!

Here you go.........it's an excellent color and one of the reasons that I bought the car. It's in like new condition as well.......always a bonus!

My interior looks similar but they call for it Natural Brown, also dual tone mixed with black.
