Washington and/or Seattle Dealer willing to do LCM reflash???

I am purchasing a set of P46's w/ xenons for my '02 325ci from Jlevi StreetWerks and called the closest Dealer and talked with one of the more experienced techs and he didnt sound too familar with the reflash and suggested that the xenons should come with a controller, which might be true for an oem pair, but if I mentioned that they were aftermarket...I dont think they would even attempt it. But I was wondering if anybody has had any luck with dealers or indys in the washington area doing a LCM reflash for retrofitted P46's????

Dealer reflash

Or does anyone know of a dealership, doesnt matter where, that has done a successful reflash and I can call the tech and have them describe the steps taken so I can forward that on to my local tech? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You don't have to reflash the light control module for the headlights if you have the correct capacitors or harness to go along with the headlights.

And where might I find the harness at?

We can supply you with the harness but I highly recommend the reflash. The harness is just a more complicated install and costs more than a dealer reflash.

You can buy the harness which is plug and play, if you can install your headlights, these are a snap. These are like the harness you get with the angel eyes.

Its 30 dollars for the harness compared to going to the dealer which they will charge you about 1 hour of labor which is about 90 bucks plus wait time and scheduling...its up to you what you rather do. I seen plenty of people run the harness or capacitors that haven't had any issues. In the end do what you feel what is most comfortable.

Something to think about, when has BMW dealerships been ok with non-oem parts. They always give you the run around if it doesn't work right as it isn't oem.
