2005 M3 Silver-Gray 6spd Below Book Value Must Sell $39,995

I am unfortunately selling my 2005 M3. I hate to sell it, but need to free up some cash for some real estate interests. It’s an amazing car, in perfect condition. I love it, and have taken great care of it, but as I mentioned, it has to go. It is still under the factory warranty so there should be no worries mechanically. No accidents, no paint work, no stories. Never smoked in. No kids. No pets. I'm looking to sell quickly so I'm asking well below book value - $39,995 obo. I have finally added pictures. I would consider a trade for 2005-2006 VW Touareg V8, plus cash. I'm looking for a Touareg that is pretty well loaded.....including nav, air suspension, rear locking diff, etc.
