Talking Feeler: 2.66gHz P4 computer

I need to upgrade my system to accommodate my ginormous screen I have () as well as my need to process high res images better so I either need to part this thing out, or sell the whole thing all together (preferable). So I'm looking for offers This thing was the sh!t in its day (9800 Pro was brand new) and still holds up to quite a bit, surprisingly.

Specs:
Pentium 875P Chipset
2.66ghz P4
ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 256 MB
1GB RAM (512mb x 4)
120GB ATA
160GB ATA
Round IDE cables
SoundBlaster Audigy 2 ZS
Floppy drive
4 80mm case fans
420w power supply
Blue full ATX case with window
Blue lights (can be turned off, on, or sound activated)

I currently have 2 DVD burners in there, but I will be keeping one and replacing it with a basic CD burner. But the CD burner may or may not be functional. The other DVD burner, however, works perfectly. [Sony 4x Single-layer burner]

Please make me offers

If you really need the screen as well, let me know. Just be aware that shipping will suck. 19" ViewSonic UltraBright A90f (tube, not flat panel)

Corona Del Mar. It's basically Newport Beach. I'm sure this would suit your needs more than enough, and I'm sure the nice blue case will look good at the shop as well lol

I'll try to get pics in the next day or two

good luck on sales, this computer is perfect for basic computer stuff, but not enough for gaming, knowing how crazy games are.

Yeah, anything beyond BF1942 requires the settings to be set to Medium. It actually handles HL2 with all setting to Med, AAx2 @ 1024x768 quite well. I was getting 50fps (which is completely tollerable) with most settings set to med and some set to high with AAx4. Anisotropic filtering is what kills everything though. But games like Crysis will need to be set to Low-med.

Still a capable game system, just nothing fantastic. This computer is after all roughly 5 yrs old I think it's been able to hold its own for quite some time, comparatively speaking (It seems like computing has been moving at a snail's pace compared to the 90s and early 2000. )

EDIT: I also have some extra 80mm case fans if anyone needs them. They're used and a little on the dirty side though, lol. I think most light up red.

Oh, and the computer will come with a wireless A,B,G card for those with wireless networks

What vid slot is on that mobo? Is it a pci express or agp 9x?

If its an express, I might be interested...should be able to improve on the graphics a bit if you through a more extreme card in there...

AGP, so you can't get too far with the GFX card. And even if you could, you'd be a little bottlenecked by the processor.

It'd still make a good media server, office computer, novice gamer rig (or semi-old school gamer rig, lol), or donor computer

Shipping won't be all that bad either for anyone worried about that cost

Think of it as a Topaz exterior and Tanin interior...
