Small Angel Eye Problem
So I go unlock my car and 3 out of the 4 predator chromiums look like they are 3000k and the 4th looks fine (6000k).
Never done this before, and of course they look fine once the car is started. Normal or is there a problem? |

Completely normal, the rings are just cold and need the alternator to run at full power.

Don't mean to thread jack, but mine also do that but are purple instead and it only happens with two of them... what gives its the most inner one on the right side and the outer on the left side any clues. It looks weak compare to the others and after it has been running for several hours it still will not clear up and go full power any other clues??

yeah, i think mine suffer from the cold weather too...
they always start off like this: ![]() ![]() it's strange though... before my old ballasts blew out.. this never happened. then, once i got my new ballasts... it's always like this... and sometimes my driver's side takes like ten minutes to warm up.

There unfortunately is no fix to the problem at the moment, it's a matter of the rings just being cold and needing full power from the alternator to warm up.
