Buy the 595 RSR's for autocross. They are great for that. From what I have heard, once they get heated, like long track sessions, they start to get greasy. These are not for the average street driver though.

yeah, since this initial thread I've gone through a few tires. I went back to my stocks and wanted to go cheap so I bought a new set of federals all around. The only issue I have now, is like what David said earlier, the sidewalls are soft and you can feel them giving a bit in the corner, especially because i'm running a little bit of bubble.

Ive had a pair on my previous cars and ive always liked them. I plan to run them on my 19" setup. In the end I would say it depends how deep your pockets are or how much you want to spend and also how you drive your car. If you are just dalying your car and nothing too agressive id highly recomend. Price/function its hard to beat. But of course theres better tires that also cost upwards and over double the price. So again it all depends. Sorry to bring this from the dead but I would like to say I am overall impressed with the looks, quality, and of course price. You do sort of get what you pay for in a sense when it comes to these however remember a continental 19 vs say 595ss 19"tire price will tell you why i say it is only in a "sense" what you pay for. I believe a lot of people that buy there cars with high end tires or buy high end tires dont use it hardly for what they were designed for. Sad but true. Hope this helps someone in there decision. But again it depends how much you want to spend and the type of driving you do. Weigh out whats worth more....
