Transmission swap???

I own a manual 2000 328i and Ive decided I want to swap for a coupe. I found this awesome 2001 330ci that I would of bought on the spot if not for one thing. Its an automatic

. So I was hoping if someone could tell me how possible it is to swap the transmissions. Any advice or opinions would be much appreciated. THANKS

Yes it can be done. Search the forums there is a ton of info on the subject. Also unless you can do the swap yourself, it would make more sense to just take more time and find a manual coupe.

Just take of the torque converter off of the automatic engine and the wallah you have two manual trannies

Just to clarify.. theyre both 5hp19 right?
