Located popping noise, now what?

Okay so I narrowed down and located this clicking, popping, cracking sound thats been bugging me for a while. I lifted my car on all fours and pinpointed it to the right rear axle. It seems the sound occurs during rotation from the differential while on drive only.

It is now clear that it is not the subframe because I am not putting it under load, hence not hearing a squeaking, crunching noise.
It is now clear that its not my RSM because theres no weight on them.
Its not the differential mounts because when I put it through P, D, R there was no clunk.

The only sound I kept on hearing was this horrible constant clicking noise coming from the right of the differential while my car was in the air, set on drive.

What I should mention is that my mechanic put in a new right rear axle free of charge because he said it was seized up.

Given that fact, is it possible that he installed it incorrectly and its clicking from that? has anyone had this issue?
