Hamdan's red/black veyron is I 9 and the other one is F 9

The silver/blue is F 41.

Red EB110 for Ilyas is E 18000
Black EB110 for benSulayem is H 95950

They'r the same car that i posted .. bugatti #7 and #8 .. only their plates have been changed..

Somewhat true... there used to be a special plate for the ruling family and whoever is very close to them. Today those plates are still in use (although I'm not 100% sure if they're official plates or not), but most sheikhs strongly prefer the normal plates but distinguish themselves with super special numbers like the R35 on the new R35 GT-R.
