I wouldnt suggest doing a burnout till the tire pops... it makes a hell of a mess on your plastics and everywhere else.

Next time around I think that I'll go with the big boy. I'll likely turn the 848 into a full blown race machine (..rather than the double duty that she currently is) and rock the big superbike at the local Starbucks.

Atta-boy, I have no problems with coffee cruisers, its just when the riders start to talk big or brag about bench racing.

The ZX6 after some rattlecan goodness. Need to finish the fender and gas tank. Still haven't decided on decals yet...

I'd say fukit and get a RSV4. Heheh.
I do dig the Beemer a lot tho. Most bang for the buck for sure.

My Starbucks comment was a poke. I don't drink coffee, and I'd rather be in the saddle (...which is why I never attend bike nights).

Next year! I thought about the RSV4, but something tells me that I'll really like the new SBK.

My Ride: What else?
Don't drink coffee AND you actually ride your bike???? Pfft, you are now officially kicked out of the Duc owners club......riff raff!

On a serious note, this absolutely makes my blood boil.... though I do find some fault with the riders as well (passing in a double yellow line, as well as possibly escalating the situation instead of just pulling off and letting the guy go) but this guy is insane!

Jim Fischer, the pickup driver was arrested for reckless driving, DUI and the DA is using the video to consider reckless endangerment and possibly attempted murder charges. If convicted of all charges the pickup driver could get up to 24 years in jail. That's unlikely but he will likely see a felony conviction and jail time for his life threatening antics. Jerk

What's the deal with that S1000RR anyway. What championship is it for, IDM, BSB? What?

....Occasionally, but usually not the canyons that are littered with cagers. ACH and Ortega are just too hot for my blood; GMR is a far better alternative for me.

Grats on the bike! Mines a '93 and still runs like a champ. If you haven't yet, check the carbs. Mine went to **** within 2 months of owning it and had to get them rebuilt when I couldn't go 3 miles without it dying on me (was oh... so.. fun.. with all of 100 miles on a bike under my belt riding around town with a bike that kept stalling on the way to the shop which was closer than home).

Here's mine after I cleaned her up and a few mods

So I'm looking at getting a motorcycle here soon, the BMW F800GS. I'm 22... any idea how much I should expect to pay for insurance?
