i sorta think so too, but the 3000 mileage makes it really attractive.

i'm also looking at a 2006 gsxr 600. higher mileage at 8000, for $5500. very good shape, etc.

which one would u take?

the gixxer... even though i dont like/ride gixxers... but if i had to choose between the two.. i'd take the gixxer.. simply because the technology is better... the ride is better... the f4i is more of a sport cruiser... (note the seat).. .and the gixxer has a MUCH more agreesive stance and seating position... 8K isn't really that high for bikes.... dont even sweat it

yeah, at that price. the F4i is WAY over priced. the F4i is a great bike, that one is just not worth 5k.

I'm selling my 2004 R6 if anyone is looking for a nice bike.

The not so good:
Has some rash from tipping in a steep driveway and sliding down, but nothing major at all. Just some minor scratches on left side, no biggie, on the:
- front headlight fairing, left side.
- rear tail, left side.

The goods:
Mods included are-
- Micron high mount exhaust
- Heat wrapped exhaust pipe
- vortex rear sets (foot pegs, black, very nice)
- rear foot peg extension bracket to go around high mount exhaust
- fender eliminator
- WOODCRAFT stator and clutch engine cover cases, looks so good!
- steering stabilizer
- tinted winscreen
- mini rear turn signals
- flush clear front signals
- frame sliders
- rear spools
- tank pad protector
- side tank grips for legs

California clean title in hand.
14k
reg'd

Price: $5k. This is a great price considering everyone else wants around 6-7 grand and up, especially with the mods.

The F4i is actually a better street bike than the GSXR. It's got more torque down low, and a more comfortable seating position.

The GSXR is way better on the track. Lighter, and revs more freely. The seat is also more comfortable than the Honda - but the seating position on the GSXR is more aggressive.

I've owned both, but I spend most of my time at the track now, so it'd be the Gixxer for me. The 750 is the best at the track, the light weight of the 600, and a bit more torque.
