325i Tidy up/Build

Hi everybody, i'm somewhat new to the BMW world having owned a 1999 E46 323i steptronic and I just picked up a 2003 325I Manual. It has got 250,000kms on the clock so anything you recommend I change, please speak up. I have looked over the water system and it appears to be ok, but I will be looking at replacing the majority of the system in the near future (Water pump and pulley, thermostat housing, pipes, expansion tank etc).

The vehicle:

So I have started accumulating parts to replace and/or upgrade as I go along. At this point in time I have:

Style 68 rims (these will be refurbished with new tyres):

Climate control relocation:

Eonon GM5150:

Box of stuff (Main belt, spark plugs, rocker cover gasket, oil filter, thermostat housing):

Now the weekend has passed and I've had time to look over the car here is what needs to be done asap:
Main belt and associated pulleys and tensioners
a/c belt

In the near future:
Tints
Shocks and springs (likely bilstein with H&R Springs)
Front lower control arm bushes
17" Rims refurbed and put on

Love a good build, Are you planning on keeping the same color? What engine and gearbox will you be running?

Once I've upgraded the suspension and brakes I'll look into engine/trans swaps. I do like the thought of swapping in M3 running gear, we'll see. As for the color, the steel blue has grown on me. Once I get the tints and wheels on then get it to the right height I'll reassess the situation.
