My Ride: 2008 335i coupe
335 coupe-Alpine white with Red leather or Jet Black with Red??

Looking at getting a new 335 coupe, and I'm having a hard time choosing a color. Either Alpine White with Coral Red Leather or Jet Black with Coral Red.

I'm also thinking Aluminum Trim, but the Grey Poplar Wood looks pretty interesting.

I've already owned a Black e36 and my e46 is black as well, so I was thinking white might be a nice change, but when I stopped by the dealer and they had a black one, I remember why I love black soo much...

So what do you guys think??

and before you guys put dont the wood here is what both trims look like-

brushed aluminum

grey poplar wood

Dont get black, the new bmw paint is extremely soft and the jet blacks are the worst, even with careful washing the swirl way too easily. Plus alpine white looks awesome, especially with some matte black accents.

black on cinnamon, but like was already said, red would be good too I suppose. Get the grey poplar wood trim...that looks incredibly good.

ideally I would love the high gloss black trim, found as an option in the new 135i but that isnt available for the 335 in the states...

the grey poplar seems like a subtle accent in the 335 interior, while the aluminum offers a striking contrast with the red leather and black dash, perhaps too much??

some of you guys mention cinnamon but that isnt an option for a 2008 335 coupe, just grey, coral red, saddle brown, cream beige, and black leather are my choices.

Go gray. I ordered aluminum and actually just swapped it out for the gray wood. Its classier looking and the aluminum marks up so easily its terrible. Drove me nuts and no real way to fix it either.

by cinnamon we mean brown, damn dude, this is an e46 forum...therefore we use e46 terminology.

Yeah, the high gloss black trim is the best for sure, but this grey poplar is nice too...I think the aluminum trim is kind of played out. Looks less luxurious IMO.

Nothing Breaks Necks like a Black BMW but at the same time Nothing gets more hype on first sight then an Alpine white coupe.

Alpine white w/ cinnamon or natural brown is the way to go. I normally don't like white cars, but BMW 3ers seem to pull it off really well. I live in TX so if I get another car it won't be black.
