Question hood/lights upgrade help!

I have a new bmw and would like to start with upgrades I saw this red bmw with an upgraded hood that makes the lights look different but don't how I can make mine look like that. Or where to get that hood or lights for that matter!

That's how I want my car to look!

The hood I'm not sure about.
But the lights are just angel eyes.
Do a quick search them here on the forum and you'll find hundreds of threads about them.
