Question Would these fit? 18" Staggered on a 323ci?

A question to all the pro's out there:

The car is a 2000 323Ci, the rims I am looking to purchase are: front 18inch by 8.5 and 18inch by 9.5 rear.

Would these fit or will the rear rub?

FYI: The seller claims they are OEM ZHP Style 135 Rims.

If he is telling you they are the 135 style rims they may be replicas of the OEM ZHP wheels. If they have et45 rear offset they will not rub, on the front you can get away with et40 or et35 offsets.

The OEM 135Ms are, front 8X18, offset 47mm - 225/40/18, rear 8,5X18, offset 50mm - 255/35/18

Thanks for the input guys, looks like he was wrong, they were 8.0 and 8.5 OEM's, they fit and look great.
