Style 244 on e46 sedan?

What do you think about these on a sedan:

Know any e46 with these? I like the concavity.
Any problem with the ET20?

ET20 with 7.5" wide rim should be ok (equivalent to running 20mm spacer with style 44 wheel).

Your new setup would be 13mm wider. That's quite a bit. You will probably have to roll your fenders to make it fit.
