Um no, that's a real F40, and if it's the one I think it is he located in Socal. Seen him (rather heard) blasting down the 405 several times... One time racing an F50

I've got a nice Saris roof rack that I love. I've had it since I got my 1998 Passat which, coincidentally, took the same 'clips' as the BMW does. This is a good thing as Saris doesn't make roof racks or parts for roof racks anymore.

I assume it must be a bracket or clamp that wraps around the bar. Yakima's older fairing used the same clamps as the attachments. The later models used a bracket that clamps the bar and extended to the fairing.

Well to tell you the truth, I haven't noticed any decrease at all though all my driving with it has been highway. I still got about 700kms per tank with the box.

It's actually quieter than just the rack alone too. I only use it when we go on trips though, I wouldn't want to drive around all the time with it.
