My Ride: 2001 BMW 330ci
Will this muffler fit on a 330ci?

Saw it on ebay. I don't really care about making my car faster. Just thought it would look cool and the price is right $60. Is it a big deal to convert the dual exhaust into a single pipe at the muffler so it will connect? Will that create any weird backpressure problems? Do the more expensive mufflers designed for a 330 actually have two inlets to accomodate the dual exhaust pipes? Let me know what you guys think....

About this racing DTM muffler:

- T-304 Stainless steel ( Fully polished surface )

- 2 1/2" inlet / Dual 3" Round Tips Cut at an angle

- Body measures 14", length 24", width 8"

- Practically will fit any car and perfect for custom dual exhaust!

- This muffler is built to create the max performance of your car

- Retail price for 1 unit is over $270.00 + tax

so that that it would fit the inlet on the muffler.

this aftermarket muffler only has one inlet. do bmw tuner muffler have to inlets to accomate the dual exhaust on the 330?

what is so special about the bmw tuner mufflers anyway. i don't care about performance. i just want it look good and sound decent. what do the tuner mufflers have to offer over this universal muffler?

Don't get that. If you want looks, just go for a tip and remove your resonator to increase the deeper tone.
