angel eyes and xenons have their own ballasts. As mention it is most likely your angel eye ballast and the easiest way to find out would be to swap your ballast of your working angel eye with your (non working) ballast and if the angel eyes work then you know it's a bad ballast.

+1 correct - check your connectors also.

Sounds like a ballast issue. Swap the little black ballast from the passenger side to the driver's side and vice versa to see if the problem switches sides.

is it possible to have only one of my angel eyes to go out and it still be the ballast or would that possibly be the bulb? I looked down and saw one of my angel eyes out and then the wire going to it from the ballast started smoking!?!?

It is possible that it could be the ballast. It's also possible that your connections are crossing and causing a short which results in smoking. Try swapping the ballasts and making sure the metal prongs in the black connectors are inserted straight.

Nick,

what gets me is that the ballast is still able to power one of my passenger side halos but the moment I plug the connector from the same ballast into the halo thats not working, like you said, i get smoke. Its possible from the rain today that some water may have got into that connector and sizzled it a bit causing the wires to cross giving me the smoke from the short? Does that seem like a possibility? Because everything was working perfect this morining so I dont think it would be crossed wires that caused this, now possibly, or a bad ballast since it still fires one of the passenger side halos. But I have heard of water causing the connectors to sizzle as well. Your thoughts? Thanks again Nick.
