Free / Cheap Mods To Engine Sound?

i wanna know if there is any cheap or mayby even things that i can do myself thatll make my car sound louder, i have a mgnaflow exhaust on it now but mayby i can do stuff that isnt expensive to give it an even better sound?

search for homemade intake. its fairly cheap and looks similar to the ones sold for much more. people will say what they want about it i guess. i would prefer getting one made personally but its your car so do it up

Take the airbox off and try driving round without any airbox just a MAF sensor on the intake tube
now thats a loud induction noise

I remember back when I had my 3rd generation Honda Accord. We had forums just like this, lots of "3gee" owners. One mod "FREE" mod was to take your airfilter cover and reverse it. It opened up your intake with the filter still in place a lot. The car had more throat to it and was louder. Note: These were carboreighted.

I don't think this will work on our BMWs lol, just had a rememberance of old times.
