front side alot higher than back after lowering

I've noticed the back side of my car is significantly lower than the front, a little over 1 inch. When I got it lowered I was told the front would take time to settle, its now been over a year and the front is still really high, it looks as if the front is stock and the back is dropped :S

My Ride: under conctruction
it could have possibly been installed incorrectly. not to knock your mech abilities, but there was a thread related to where the spring should rest on the perch. and there were a few reports of the front dropping once the problem was corrected.
good luck
