Worst overall BMW design

Only attaching pictures of the ones that are not-so-good-looking to me. But I guess this won't change the outcome.. IMO, e46 compact is the worst design by BMW...

The profile of the rear just doesn't sit right with me. That's why I think the hatch versions are MUCH better. The lines seem more appropriate.

I like the E87, though. I looks like a E90 in the front, which, IMO, isnt that bad.

e46 compact is the only one even worth mentioning in this thread. all the other choices in the poll look great.

i love the e87 the front is the weakest point of the design but i think they needed the big headlights to match the tall greenhouse of the car.

even with the e46 compact out of the picture, the 1 series is definitely not their worst design. have you had the chance to see one on the road or in person? i saw a black vert recently, they are pure sex.

yes i did see many of them at the dealer.. those headlights just don't work for me. But if the e36/e46 compact were out of the picture, it would be a close call for me between the z3 and the e87.. they are far from being pure sex for me, but I guess everybody's definition of sex is different

i see nothing wrong with the Z3

maybe i'm biased though, the Z3M was the first bimmer i ever drove, and i loved it. fantastic car.

everything modded correctly can look good...

you posted the crappiest pic of an e36 compact...here are some better..

(sorry for the huge pics.. all I could find were mini or GIANT...)

honestly, if an e46 compact got the coupe front end, headlights, hood, bumper, fenders, and all, i think it could look good, but i have yet to see an example of that. the main detractor on the e46 compact is the headlights.
