Rear suspension creaks and pops. Help!

The rear suspension creaks at slow speeds and sometimes when I enter and exit the vehicle. It is also rather loud whenever I jack up the car on the rear jack mounts.

When driving over dips and potholes it makes a popping sound like something is bumping into something when the suspension compresses. It is'nt too loud but nonetheless annoying. I have to turn the radio up all the time to keep it from driving me crazy.

Has anyone else experienced a problem like this and what are the possible fixes? Thanks for your help.
