The headers are compatible with a 323/328. Look at the chart below, don't worry too much about the description, that is just generic (even mentions a V6).

It's amazing to me that a non M E46 is such a beautiful car but the E46 M has never done much for me.

I noticed that . So by the picture they should work on the 328ci ?
There is too many listings and i dont have the time to be getting the wrong ones hoping someone got some recently and got them right the first time .

From the picture they look like the correct ones. That doesn't mean what you see is what you get. Be prepared to wait and deal with the seller if you get the wrong ones. It's part of the fun when paying $60 for headers, just don't leave positive feedback until you have what you need.

I plan on ordering ebay headers tonight and was wondering which of the 3 main sellers were most reliable to send the right headers for a 328i/323i ebstores, tuning pros, or motorsportpartz?

I just ordered from ebstores. Got my headers in three days and they are the correct ones. Hope that helps.

This. I had ebay headers, they sent the wrong ones, even though they were supposed to be for my car. Bimmerbrakes ones fit perfectly for my car. I've had them for a while now and they work great.

I have Bimmer Brakes' headers on my car right now. One of them bolted up just fine and the other was about 1" too short and at the wrong angle where the header meets the exhaust piping. $60 at an exhaust shop fixed that problem. They cut the flange from the exhaust piping, bolted it up to the header, and welded in a piece of pipe to connect it.

The sound is incredible and there's a little bit more noticeable OOMPH when I hammer the pedal down. I have zero complaints about them.

OEM gaskets (header and exhaust gaskets), new stud bolts, and new copper nuts. Search for the DIY for instructions on how to install.

Post a link. If they're the right headers for your car for a decent price you've found them.
