So figured I would add to this thread and update with my install experience. I bought ebay headers, link to seller a few posts above. Anyone looking for 325/330 headers, I can confirm that these are correct, and seller is good, with good communication.

Only one of the 02 bungs is useable, and I also had to cut off a few of the other bungs for more clearance. I have a welder at home so I re welded one of the 02 bungs to a better location. One header bolts up to the stock exhaust perfect, the other is about 1/4 inch too short. So I just used a spacer sorta, used an exhaust flange with a gasket on either side and it bolted up. Just got it up and running yesterday and sounds awesome.

The install is not bad at all. Did it at home on the ground, stock manifolds were off in about 1.5 hours, it was the fitting of the new headers that took all the time. Putting them on..marking stuff, taking off, modifying..........

If I was to do it again, I would buy a bit more expensive and perfect fitment headers, and probably will over the winter, but for cheap, with a little bit of time and work, these will do the job.

used a spacer like this
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/2-25-2-Bolt-U...item1e6b42f050

I also at the same time did the euro tune, so no check engine light.....

Which one of all those 4 links you posted you bought it from?

And you care to explain how you do the Euro tune?

Do you know what's the difference between the STAINLESS STEEL SS RACING MANIFOLD/HEADER 01-06 BMW E46/E39/Z4 M54B25/M54B30 and STAINLESS STEEL POLISH RACING MANIFOLD/HEADER 01-06 BMW E46/E39/Z4 M54B25/M54B30

seems like one of them is a SS racing and other is Polish racing.

I picked up Wrecklessfool's old set. Ceramic coated & no adjustments needed to connect them to stock exhaust.( he had them bolted to highline tuning exhaust) I picked up new hardware and gaskets thanks to my buddies @ BMW in Peoria, IL. I found a shop and did the install for 160. I will be doing the 02 sim and relocation of post cat 02 sensors. (galanized box high temp painted red to match my sedan).

I was about a second to buy an ebay header

Either
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/STAINLESS-STE...ht_4047wt_1344

Or

http://www.ebay.ca/itm/STAINLESS-STE...ht_4047wt_1344

But I just saw this
http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=926232

And I prefer to wait for a perfect fitment and better quality.

Nobody purchased them yet, how do you know they're perfect fitment?

My BimmerBrake headers had plenty of issues. Nothing is perfect with aftermarket parts.
At least if something is wrong with those you can yell at Anthony, unlike ebay.

exactly. Atleast You can always try to negotiate one way or another with Anthony unlike ebay which once you purchase and it doesn't fit very well you kinda screw. They won't take their product back and just to reach them could be a lifetime. And yes you are right maybe not 100% perfect.

I just installed a set of ebay headers. NEVER AGAIN... generally the install sucked because of my gorilla hands and the lack of room, but still NEVER AGAIN!

PS: for a few hours there it seemed like it wasnt gonna work, rubbing against each other, firewall, motor mount, etc... the mid pipe flanges on the header did not line-up perfectly (about 1/8" difference) but the magnaflow exhaust is a little bendy so it works for now, no leaks so far (knock on wood). I dont know that a different set of headers would have made a difference, its just so tight in that area and no room to manuever, even after taking the motor mount off.

Is it that difficult to use the search function which will give you 3,000+ answers to your exact question?

Ugh

Because I'm bored at work, I'll answer instead of yelling at you.

1) EU2 tune - works 100%, never another emissions related CEL
2) O2 sims - usually work, but messy and a hackjob in general
3) Spark plug non foulers - don't work at all.
