My Ride: 02 325IT,
two more weeks (or so) Stii can't decide if I want to do the amber LED turn signal bulbs. The idea of the load equalizers getting hot still seems not a good thing.

We're bringing in a few of them already, but any bump is always helpful.

I even put a 10mm 1/4 scoket wrench in my car so I can install them here at work on my lunch when they arrive.

When I worked for a BMW dealer here in Baltimore, we had a shipment of parts comming from BMW AG. It got held up in customs for weeks due the the fact there was a watch with an alligator strap the might have been not allowed in the country. A whole container of parts held up for a special order watch for another dealer

In 2004, I had a shipment coming from Germany. The shipper forgot to put their name down with a governmental agency both in Germany and in the US (2 different inspectors need to be notified). So, my shipment, along with ALL their other shipments got held for 1 month - yes, 30 days - while they figured out who their executors would be on either side of the pond.

Meanwhile, I can't reorder from them to fill people's orders because - well, they don't have an agent - so we're sitting here telling people - we don't know and it's dragging on. Finally, after 25 days, they decide, the shipment is ok, release it, then instead of air shipping it to us (it was in NJ), they stuck it on a rail car so it was delayed another 2 weeks.

Ah, the government at work.

Meanwhile, anyone can cross our border at will.

Ways to not get across the border:

Through a package.

Ways to get across the border:
